近日，思科公司研究小组针对思科认证语音专家（CCVP）发布了新的考试计划。将原本单纯的一个CCVP划分了2个方向，CCVP:Cisco
Unified CallManager和CCVP:Cisco Unified Communications
Manager，考生们可以根据自身情况任选其中一项考试。

这两个方向的CCVP认证都需要考生们参加5门考试，其中3门是两个方向都必考的科目，都必须要通过思科的CVOICE考试，最新发布的考试号为(642
-436)，这是随着CCVP:Cisco Unified
CallManager认证而发布的--获得的过CCVP认证的人--可以选择在7月份参加老版本的CVOICE（642-432)考试，获得升级更新。
另外两门考试是思科服务质量（QoS）2.2考试，考试号为(642-642)和思科故障处理考试，考试号为(642-426)。

现在Cisco Unified CallManager方向考试的独特之处是思科的网关考试(642-453)和新的或老版本的思科IP电话考试，考试号分别为(642-444 )和。（642-445)。

Cisco Unified Communications Manager方向的考试要求考三门必考科目加上两门新的考试，这两门新的考试分别为：IP电话6.0 1 (642-446) 和 2 (642-456)。

另外，针对于所有新的考试，思科中所有以实验室为基础的模拟训练，都是可用的。
